FAQ
Questions we get
Do I have to install sensors?
No. The drone is the sensor: its camera and on-board AI detect the movement. Only large or poor-GPS properties use optional markers.
Is it available yet?
We are in early access, starting in the Charlotte area. Request your drone and we will contact you when your area opens.
How do I set my perimeter?
You draw it on the satellite map in the app and the drone flies it once to confirm. It takes a few minutes.
Can I call 911 from the app?
Yes. A 911 button is always visible next to the live video.
